Cleveland City Council Approves $2.3 Million Dirt Bike Track

A divided Cleveland City Council voted on a $2.3 million proposal to build and manage a dirt bike track on the city's east side.  The vote -- a close one -- 9 to 7, in favor of approval.

The track will be built in Ward Five, councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland's district.
