At the medical examiner’s office: Speaking for the dead, looking for answers to the opioid crisis

Here in Cuyahoga County, heroin kills far more people than homicides.
 
Overdose deaths have increased almost twelve hundred percent since 2007.

The opioid epidemic affects everyone, the young and old, rich and poor, in the city, and in every suburb; yet there "Is" one thing overdose victims in Cuyahoga County have in common:

They all end up in the medical examiner's office. Here, in a nondescript building in University Circle, the staff struggles to keep up with this public health crisis and through their work ... To speak for the dead.
