Join us on December 2nd when our Career Exploration Series program “Careers in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management” features the Proprietor, Mary Jo Demopoulos and the Executive Chef, Holly Johnston of Mavis Winkle’s Irish Pub. Located in Twinsburg (2001) and Independence (2005) the two popular restaurants provide a fun loving, casual dining experience, serving excellent food at moderate pricing. Executive Chef Johnston attended Le Cordon Bleu Academy for Culinary Arts in Pittsburg and earned her certificate in French Culinary Techniques.

Plan to have your students participate in our 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. sessions as our guests discuss their education, skill and training in the restaurant/dining profession. In addition, they will comment on the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and strong communications in these two extremely competitive career fields.
