With the country's unemployment rate hovering above nine-percent, it’s not a problem you hear about too often -- too many jobs and not enough people to fill them. But in North Dakota, manufacturing companies are having a tough time bringing people into the blue collar fold. Amity Technology hopes to encourage high school students to study their math and science and fill the thousands of good paying blue collar jobs that remain unfilled.
