Colorado Zoo Welcomes Two Giraffes Born during Same Week

A Colorado zoo welcomed not one, but two new - and very tall - bundles of joy last week! Two baby giraffes were born at the Cheyenne Mountain zoo. Zoo officials say both of the baby boys are in good health and are being take care of by their mothers. On Friday, the zoo's veterinary staff gave the babies a check-up, which included getting their weight, and giving the boys a tetanus vaccination. The giraffes are part of the zoo's African Rift Valley exhibit.
