In Japan, the advertising rules have been turned upside down. These days, when you walk past a billboard ad, you're no longer watching it - it's watching you. Kyung Lah reports on a new tailor-made trend that some call a little too personal - and others call it the future of advertising. Facial recognition technology is already used by the government for security purposes and a company called NEC thinks that using this technology in advertising is the next step.
