Skunk Whisperer Ned Bruha Rescues a Skunk with a Peanut Butter Jar on his Head

Posted Wednesday, October 14, 2009

Featured on Episode 5 of the 2009-2010 season

A hungry skunk in Bixby, Oklahoma was just looking for a meal when he got a peanut butter jar stuck on his head. Teresa Vick discovered the poor creature and called several places for help till she found Ned Bruha - the “skunk whisperer!” Ned trapped the skunk-in-distress, and used a rag soaked in chloroform to mildly sedate him. Then he was able to carefully remove the jar and send the skunk on his way. Ned said he has handled tons of skunks and never been sprayed - and happily, he can still make that claim.

I think those wild animals are cute, but they are very dangrous. I hope that women that got accated by racoons is okay. I also loved that Abigail. She is cool that she can read to kids. I hope that next weeks sohow is going to be awsome I loved this weeks show. IT ROCKS.

The episode about the skunk was not funny. People should not leave trash laying out because it would be a slow painful death for the skunk that had a jar on its head.
