Painesville Students Create Lake Paranormal Society, a Ghost-Hunting Business

Posted Thursday, May 7, 2009

Featured on Episode 30 of the 2008-2009 season

Two of Mr. Michael Brewer’s fifth graders at Hale Road Elementary School are in the business of hunting ghosts. Calvin Doyle and Jacob Stevens got the idea from watching the TV program TAPS – The Atlanta Paranormal Society. They did their research on ghost hunting, attended a seminar on the subject, purchased equipment, created a website and went to work. Their goal is mainly to assure their clients that are worried about ghosts that their homes are free of spirits. If they find something really scary, they will call in the professionals. Their teacher thinks that with their creativity and motivation, they will go far in life. Calvin and Jacob, along with their friends and business colleagues Bryce Asbury and Tyler Kish, tell us about a possible - but probably not true - haunting at their school.

I think it is really cool that those kids can make a buissness for looking for ghosts! Still it would be kind of scary to be looking for ghosts. Although I would never actually look for ghosts.
