Featured on Episode 27 of the 2008-2009 season
Last weekend - on April 4 - the fifty-first anniversary of the death of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was remembered. The King family lit an eternal flame, in commemoration of the work their father did for this country. King and his wife, Coretta Scott King, are buried near the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, where both Dr. King and his father were pastors. On his crypt is one of the most famous lines king ever delivered: “Free at last, free at last, thank God almighty, I'm free at last.”
