The economic news grows worse. Nationwide, the unemployment rate is more than 8%. New numbers just came out for Ohio. 9.4% of Ohioans, almost one in ten people, are unemployed. Gerri Willis helps us find jobs that are recession-proof. Laurence Shatkin, author of the book, 150 Best Recession-Proof Jobs, compiled information from the Department of Labor and came up with a pool of careers that he says are secure in good and bad times. Computer Systems Analyst, Physical Therapist and Pharmacist made the top ten.
