Chomper, a boxer mix, is the winner of the fourteenth annual Ugly Dog competition that took place in San Diego, California this week. Chomper beat out Italian greyhound, Queen Victoria, who held the crown for three years. He may have won the title, but he doesn't have a home to take it to. The top dog is under the care of a rescue group, but one volunteer is hoping she can adopt him. In addition to the ugliest dog contest, dogs also competed for cutest dog, best trick and even best costume. The competition raised money for animals in need.
