Kings Island is building what they're calling their tallest, fastest and meanest roller coaster ever. Diamondback will stand two hundred thirty feet tall at its highest point, with ten drops in all, and reach speeds of more than eighty miles per hour. This week, the park began taking bids for the first rides on the coaster. Proceeds from the auction will go to a charity called "A Kid Again" to help children with life-threatening illnesses. You have until April fifteenth to place your bid! Diamondback is scheduled to open April eighteenth. If you can't wait till then, take a virtual ride right now on the Kings Island website.
