In the city of Logan, Ohio, businesses are reopening, emergency services have power again and street lights are back on. But concern continues in other parts of Hocking County - places where power and phones are still out, thanks to last week's snow and ice storm. Philip Stanley and other members of the Hocking County Emergency Management Agency have been going door to door and farm to farm to make sure everybody is all right.
