Three collie puppies, tossed aside by a puppy mill in Alabama, were saved when a Columbus rescue group called "Almost Home" stepped in to help. Almost Home's mission is to rescue collies - and helping them in their mission last Sunday was Bob Born, a member of a group called Pilots n Paws. That's a network of pilots who volunteer their time and airplanes to bring animals and rescue groups together. Two of the puppies are partially blind and deaf, and will get special training.
