President Obama was in Ohio last Friday afternoon where he visited a manufacturing company in Bedford Heights, a suburb southeast of Cleveland. Cardinal Fastener and Specialty makes bolts and nuts for things like bridges and trains and, two years ago, began making bolts for wind turbines. The President believes companies like Cardinal would benefit from his proposed spending and tax cuts package. He also says millions of jobs can be created by investing in alternative energy.
