A basketball shot that you would only expect to see in movies carried the Cleveland State University Vikings to a win over Syracuse Monday night. With barely two seconds left to play and the tied game heading into overtime, CSU’s Cedric Jackson threw everything he had into a pass from sixty feet down court - and nailed it. The home crowd in Syracuse went silent but the Vikings were overjoyed at the miracle shot. Final score, CSU 72, eleventh-ranked Syracuse 69. (Video not available for viewing on this web page.)
