Outdoor ice skating returned to university circle in Cleveland on Sunday - on an old-fashioned rink with a modern twist. Nearly one hundred years ago, people skated on the lagoon in front of the Cleveland Museum of Art - but the lagoon hasn't frozen solid in years. University Circle Incorporated came up with a new plan - the Rink at Wade Oval. It looks like it's made of ice but it's really an environmentally-friendly polymer that doesn't need to be kept frozen. Families got their first skate at UCI's Holiday Circle Fest this past weekend.
