Three female chimpanzees from Cleveland Metroparks Zoo arrived safely Friday night at their new home - the Knoxville Zoo. Animal keepers from both zoos accompanied Binti, Bo and Jackie on their twelve-hour road trip from Cleveland to Knoxville, Tennessee. The three chimps are in routine quarantine before they join Knoxville's six chimpanzees - including Jimbo, who was their longtime companion at the Cleveland Zoo. Jimbo was moved to Knoxville in 2006. The chimps will be able to enjoy a larger habitat and a spacious outdoor exhibit.
