Virginia's governor took a look at tornado damage in the southern part of the state on Monday. Three tornadoes ripped through southern Virginia Sunday, destroying homes and reducing peoples’ livelihoods to rubble. Thankfully no one was killed, but more than 200 hundred people were injured in Suffolk, Virginia, the hardest hit area where a funnel cloud touched down and went on a 25-mile rampage. The governor has declared a state of emergency for the hardest hit areas.
