Thousands of travelers were shocked to find out Skybus Airlines had folded last weekend while they were on vacation. Passengers arriving at Port Columbus Airport found empty ticket counters. Passengers returning to Columbus got the news on the other end of their trips. Many chose to rent a car and drive home from Florida, since last minute tickets on other airlines were too expensive. The airline leaves 450 employees without a job.
