Immigration is an on-going debate in the United States. Many American farmers say the stiff laws and penalties for illegal immigrants are hurting their farms, and the people who are willing to work. Harris Whitbeck tells us about a California farmer who took action. After two years and six trips to Washington, he took his farm business to Mexico where the workers live.
