The Cleveland Indians finished off the New York Yankees in the first round of playoffs on Monday. Grady Sizemore started the game with a solo home run for the Indians, and the Tribe never looked back. In the end, it was Joe Borowski striking out Jorge Posada to win it 6-4 for the Indians and clinch the series 3 games to 1. The tribe will face the Red Sox in the first game of the American league championship series in Boston this Friday. Go tribe!
