Yes on Marsy's Law, No on Drug Price Relief

With 100 percent of precincts around the state reporting, Ohio voters have overwhelmingly approved Issue 1 also known as Marsy’s Law and rejected Issue 2, the Drug Price Relief Act.  83 percent of Ohio voters said yes on Issue 1, which outlines specific rights for crime victims.  Nearly the same percentage -- 79 percent -- are opposed to Issue 2 which would have required state agencies to not pay more for prescription drugs than the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

Ideastream will continue to update election results throughout the evening.
