Every day in Ohio, there are about 12,000 children living in foster homes and that’s 40% fewer than the number about a decade ago. Still, Ohio’s Attorney General says too many of the kids face a life of uncertainty and too many are returned to their original parents, where the kids face danger and neglect. That’s why a Foster Care Advisory Group has just been created to make recommendations for changing Ohio law. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
