Benghazi Report Faults State Department

TweetOn Sept. 11 this year, U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed in Benghazi in what the Obama administration now calls a terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate. A review board said systematic management failures led to inadequate security at the consulate.
