Metroparks Volunteer Captures Creatures on Camera

“This way, instead of it being my own observation, I get to share it and have it mean something.” –Metorparks citizen scientist, Marty Reynard

Marty is one of a handful of Metroparks volunteers who services wildlife cameras at the West Creek Reservation in Parma. The photos capture various creatures and are uploaded to a crowdsourcing website, Zooniverse. A much larger pool of citizen scientists (including anyone in the public) help identify the species caught on the cameras at Zooniverse.
