The unemployment rate for people over 55 is lower than people who are younger. But older workers who do lose their jobs tend to have a harder time finding work. In response, the AARP is sponsoring a career fair today at the I-X Center. Deborah Russell is the AARP's director of workforce issues. She spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman in our business segment "Upside/Downside." All of our coverage of unemployment can be found by clicking on "Help Wanted" at our website, WCPN.ORG
