Yesterday we aired an interview with the head of the Ohio Education Association, Larry Wicks, who is retiring at the end of the year after 40 years of working for teachers unions. Today we hear from another retiring education advocate.
StateImpact Ohio’s Molly Bloom spoke with Bill Sims, who heads the Ohio Alliance of Public Charter Schools. Molly began by asking him how he thinks the charter movement in Ohio has progressed since the first school opened 15 years ago.
