Ohioans have an opportunity to sound off about how their local electric company did during the recent wind storm and power outages. The Public Utilities Commission is holding hearings across the state on what amounts to rate hike requests from major electric companies, and a separate consumer advocate agency is encouraging residential customers to show up and testify.
