Lobbyists for Ohio's nursing homes are worried that more than 20 percent of facilities in the state will lose a minimum of one half million dollars over two years; if' lawmakers adopt Governor Strickland's latest budget proposal.

Robin Hillier says lawmakers are making life and death decisions.
