Keybank Center Building Goes To Auction In Depressed Commercial Market

Keybank Center in downtown Cleveland went up for auction Monday. For the past year-and-a half Keybank Center has been owned by LNR Partners, a real estate financing and investment firm based in Miami Beach. Now that owner is putting the 23 story building up for sale at an asking price of 3.5 million dollars. Stan Bullard writes about commercial real estate for Crains Cleveland business, and spoke with ideastream's Bill Rice .
