Even though election day isn't until November 2nd, early voting by mail begins Tuesday. That's why Democratic governor Ted Strickland and his Republican challenger, John Kasich have been trying to score political points early. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has this wrap-up on the sometimes bitter campaign.
