President Bush's recent inaugural address described his administration's goal of spreading freedom throughout the world. But some observers argue that we're not allowing the world to spread to us. Local advocates for immigration reform argue that a key element of both foreign and domestic policy will be to encourage new citizens to come here and help re-invigorate the country. ideastream's David C.
