Health exchanges up but Ohioans play waiting game

A message on healthcare.gov Tuesday

On Day One of health exchanges going "live" nationwide consumers needing health insurance were to be able to start shopping. But as we're hearing, not much shopping took place. In fact, even browsing was difficult to impossible on the federal website and at some state sites. ideastream health reporter Sarah Jane Tribble spoke with ideastream editor David Molpus about the day.
