Debate Over Required Reading Sparks Claims of Racism

A bitter debate erupted Wednesday in the Ohio Senate over which historical documents high school students should be required to read, when a Democratic senator said it presented "a one-sided view of history." Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the flare-up is just the latest example of a wide gulf between minority Democrats and majority Republicans.
