The RTA says train service has again been restored, following last night’s flooding that caused a five-hour shutdown. Spokeswoman Mary Shaffer says flooding has been cleared following an initial ‘waterfall’ that happened when a frozen pipe burst around 6:45pm last night. The incident occurred in the waiting area for the Blue/Green Line trains at Tower City.

Shaffer says all Rapids are now running as of start of service this morning.
