Congress Poised to Pass Financial Reform Legislation

Congress could vote as early as this week on landmark financial reform legislation. The goal is to prevent another financial meltdown like the one we saw in 2008. But some wonder whether it goes far enough to curb the free wheeling culture that led to the near collapse of the economy. ideastream®'s Eric Wellman spoke with Kevin Jacques, a professor of finance at Baldwin Wallace College and a former economist in the U.S. Treasury Department.
