Longtime director Floyd Loop is preparing to retire, and pass the torch to Dr. Delos "Toby" Cosgrove, who currently heads the clinic's thoracic and cardiovascular surgery team. Dr. Cosgrove talked with ideastream's Rick Jackson Thursday morning.
