Police in Cleveland Heights say they’ve arrested five people in connection with the shooting of a well known restaurant owner.
The city’s police chief announced the arrests in a statement Wednesday night.
Police say 61-year old Jim Brennan was shot Monday during an attempted robbery at his bar, Colony, on Lee Road. Brennan later died of his injuries. The killing shocked many in Cleveland Heights, and drew hundreds to a vigil this week.
Police say the five people in custody have not been charged.
