Recently a court ruling allowed a city in Connecticut to take some homeowners' properties by eminent domain so a commercial development could be built. The case had parallels with the West End case in Lakewood. We talked about the impact the case might have locally.

Guests:
* Anthony J. Coyne, Cleveland attorney specializing in business law and eminent domain. He represented city of Lakewood in the West End matter. He’s also chair of the Cleveland Planning Commission
* Dana Berliner, senior atty, Institute for Justice
* Paul Oyaski, Cuyahoga County development director
