Do you ever get confused by a word or words? Recently, morning host Dan Moulthrop was reading a story about the state of Maryland requiring Wal-Mart to provide health benefits to their employees, and he found himself a bit confused about the way the writer was using the words ensure and insure. Some people use them interchangeably, and that simply can't be correct. So he called on someone who knows how to sort out these sorts of linguistic quandaries: Norm Friedman, a writer who runs communication workshops for local businesses.
