The Ohio Department of Education released overhauled state report cards Thursday morning. The new system measures performance with familiar letter grades and gets rid of "continuous improvement" and "excellent with distinction." Mandie Trimble from Ohio Public Radio Station WOSU in Columbus discussed the report cards with Education reporter Molly Bloom of StateImpact Ohio.
