A drive through some Northeast Ohio neighborhoods is a tour through desolation. Boarded-up houses and abandoned factory buildings are scattered through communities that have fallen on hard times. But, for some, these scarred landscapes are full of potential. As part of Making Change: Building the Region's Future, ideastream's David C.
