For the third time in 16 years, supporters of expanded gambling in Ohio are pushing a ballot issue that would legalize slot machines here. Backers are spending a record high amount - about $20 million - to convince Ohioans to vote yes. Critics know they're being outspent 20-to-1 at this point, but they believe they still have a good shot to defeat the measure.
