STUCK Premieres In Cleveland Heights

The average international adoption today takes 33 months, and costs 28-thousand dollars. A message about families who are strapped in the adoption crisis gets an airing tonight in Cleveland Heights. Called STUCK - this visit is part of a 60 city US tour, aiming to raise attention to smoothing the international adoption process.
