Ohio Adding Jobs, But Unemployment Rate Unchanged

Ohio’s official unemployment rate for February remains unchanged from January at 7 per cent even. The leveling-off follows nearly 3 years-worth of small but steady decreases in the jobless rate. Still, a spokesman for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says the leveling-off masks a positive development.
