Bill Would Require Wireless Companies Track Users In Emergencies

Wireless companies can track the location of virtually every cellphone in their coverage areas, and Ohio legislators are considering passing a new law that would make sure that that ability can be quickly used in emergencies. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
