They’re labeled “bath salts” or “herbal incense," but Ohio law enforcers say the prices are so astronomical, it’s clear that the products are actually meant to get people high. State legislators have passed two separate crackdown laws over the past couple years, making it clear the substances are illegal, and police are now using the laws to file charges. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest.
