Ohio Supreme Court Rejects Appeals On Oil And Gas Drilling Permits

Download MP3The Ohio Supreme Court ruled today that after the state’s division of oil and gas issues a drilling permit, there’s no place for critics to appeal. As you might expect, Ohio’s drilling industry is cheering the ruling, while environmental activists are jeering. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
