Flu Hospitalizations Steady from Last Week

There were 586 new flu-related hospitalizations this week, roughly even from last week. That’s the word from Tess Pollock at the Ohio Department of Health. She gave the latest numbers to Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. While this respiratory form of the flu is hitting Ohio hard this winter, there’s also a different virus attacking people’ digestive tracts.
